What is Crossfit?

Hello Beauties, Today I’m talking about Crossfit, yes you heard right, Crossfit. The most common misconception I hear among women is thats its only for people in really good shape, or my favorite it makes you bulky. Well news flash, it’s totally made for everyone wanting to improve themselves no matter where you currently stand fitness wise. I started Crossfit a year ago in May and I fell in love. At first I was very hesitant because just like any women, I heard the stories, watched the crossfit games, saw the women that competed professionally and thought it would make me buff and manly almost being brain washed to think I could never do what these women do. Thanks to the sport it ignited a passion to start working out consistantly and not fall into that cycle of not going to the gym and losing motivation after a month or so. I started to feel comfortable in my own skin and I was pushing myself harder than I had ever before. I found out I that …

How To Balance Your Personal Life

Hello My beauties, Lately, I’ve been finding it really hard to find a balance between my personal life and everything else. Ever since I started my new job (two months ago) I’ve been struggling to find the perfect balance I need. Working full time, being a full time student and a crossfit junkie has made it nearly impossible for me to think straight! So, I got to thinking! How can I do everything on my to do list, and still have time for myself? Finding Balance: 1.Priortizing is probably the most important key in balancing your life. I get, we are all tired at days end, but it’s not impossible to sqeeze in a work out or some chores here and there. I learned this the hard way, I would save all of my homework and important things for last, when in reality, I should have been doing those tasks first. Once I started to prioritize things, everything seemed much easier to handle. 2.Working out will difinitely help release some stress and give you that  balance. …

Good Evening, Beauties, I decided to record this hair tutorial to share and show the process of going light! I had such a great time with my sister and my good friend Lina. We were up till 1am trying to finish my hair and we also had a few good laughs along the way. This is my first time going light, so it was a huge change for me. I love the way it looks on me; it was time for a sweet and exciting change. Summer is around the corner, so I figured this hair color would be perfect for summer. I hope you ladies enjoy this video, and I look forward to the positive feedback.
