Scones

Scones are such a yummy treat! I love going to Starbucks and having heir blueberry scones. I didn’t know how simple they were to make BUT it turns out they are super easy. So, I decided to make my own version and guess what, my family enjoyed it. Heres what you need. Ingredients: 1. Two cups of flour  2. 1/3 of sugar 3. 1 tsp baking power 4. 1/4 tsp baking soda 5. 1 stick cold butter 6. 1/4 cup of milk (your favorite milk can work too) 7. Dash of salt 8. Cinnamon For the glaze: Egg to brown the scones When making scones you are mostly using your hands to mix in the butter into the flour and the rest of the ingredients. Mix it in until it becomes dough like. Use a spoon to help place scones onto a baking sheet. Approx. baking time is 20-25 minutes, and you’ll know when they are finished. They will fill up the room with their yumminess. After you are all done, what I did was pour pure honey on these bad boys! Gives them that extra sweetness.  …

Placed four blueberries at the bottom of the tray.3. Two teaspoons of sugar (you can put as much sugar as you want, but I didn’t want to overflow it with sugar) 4. Blend all ingredients together and poor into tray. I let the Popsicle sit over night and had them later on in the afternoon. Very refreshing.  Ingredients: Blueberry Popsicle 1. 2 cups of blueberries  2. Two teaspoons of sugar 3: three to four tablespoons of organic plain yogurt (any yogurt would work) 4. Blend all ingredients together. You can add as many blueberries and yogurt as you want. Again, I didn’t want to add too much sugar! I’m sure you can …
