Okay, so lately Detox Water has been the new trend on Instagram! I’ve seen very cute and creative ideas on how to “sweeten” up your water consumption. I’ve tired a variety of combinations and one of my favorite has to be the simple lemon with mint detox water. It is super tasty and gave my water that extra kick. A lot of people have a hard time drinking as it is, so I suggest adding your favorite fruits/vegetables and benefiting from all the nutrients. Check out the list of benefits of lemon and mint below.
